For exercise u should do swimming brisk walking .don't do any exercise without doctor advise . Protein,iron, calcium, whole grain, folic acid,vitamin C, healthy fats, are the most important nutrients to taken in everyday diet. Fruit and Cottage Cheese , chicken green vegetables dry fruits fishes egg soya products salad daal whole grains are the important part of diet.dont miss taking ur prenatal medicine. Also make sure to tske iron and claicum tsblets in two different time.
