Answer: Walking is the most easiest form of exercise and can be done by women in any trimester.It can be done in this month as well and has many benefits.U may walk for around 20-30 mins and make it a habit.Swimming is also a good way to increase your cardiac output as well as to ensure your body is moving completely .Knee raises and side squats also help prepare your body for a normal delivery right from the beginning of prenancy.Consult your own obstetrician before starting any of the above mentioned exercises.Do not forget to drink plenty of water before,in between and after workout sessions.
