Answer: Dear I sat with comfortable pillow at the back supporting my back. Also for 1st month after cesarian very less sitting should be done only for feeding and couple of other unavoidable reasons. As it is said to have bad impact on back. My doctor told me to take complete bed rest as much as possible avoiding sitting especially for longer durations. Hope it helps.
Answer: Hi, you can sit normal folded legs. Don't bend more Keep your posture erect. Don't take anything heavy avoid household activities for a few days.

Question: What are the sleeping positions for pregnancy
Answer: Hi dear The best sleep position is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. These suggestions may not sound completely comfortable, especially if you are used to sleeping on your back or stomach, but try them out. Keep in mind that you may not stay in one position all night, and rotating positions is fine. Hope it helped.... Take care urself....
