Avoid eating junk food , fried foods, tea, coffee, carbonated fizzy drinks, sweets etc. Eat healthy non-oily non spicy diet. in fruits exam pineapple and papaya you can eat everything but in moderate amount and also in vegetables you can eat all the types of vegetables but in moderate amount. Answer: Dear if there is no complication in your pregnancy you can eat all the varieties of vegetables and fruits but with moderation. Only pineapple and papaya could be little risky to consume in pregnancy specially in early weeks. That's why better to avoid. Apple, banana orange ,sweet lime, watermelon, chiku, berries ,kiwi etc you can add a new regular diet. Eat Grapes in small portion as it can cause loose motion. Hope it helps.
