Question: What amount and which dry fruit can be beneficial in pregnancy?

Answer: Have 5-6 soaked and peeled badam, 9-10 dry grapes, 2-3 anjeer, 5 cashew, 1-2 apricots, 5-6 pista, 1 dates everyday. Have atleast half fist of peanuts everyday. Peanuts would be better to eat if they are fried.
Answer: Soaked badam, anjeer, apricot, pista, dry grapes and cashew are good during pregnancy. They say dates are also good, but should be consumed in very low quantity.

Answer: Hello dear All fruits are good on pregnancy except papaya and pineapple. Eat all fruits except these 2 Different fruits have different nutrients like apple has iron, banana has potassium , mango has vitamin A, oranges vitamin c etc. So eat at least 3 fruits a day Hope i was helpful
