Answer: .  Protein,iron, calcium, whole grain, folic acid,vitamin C, healthy fats, are the most important nutrients to taken in everyday diet.  Fruit and Cottage Cheese ,Fruit and Greek Yogurt ,Vegetables and Hummus Fruit or Vegetables with Almond/Cashew/Sun Butter ., Nuts and Fruit (nuts: almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds-no peanuts) . Hard Boiled Egg Whites and Guacamole or Avocado ,Chicken Salad with Grapes or Apples  Tuna Salad with Grapes or Apples Fruit & Veggie Smoothies ,Oatmeal Casserole ,Healthy Chocolate Chip Cake , Strawberry Oatmeal Bars  U should not eat raw papaya, peach wood apple excess green tea, raw egg, barley, excess vitamin C, unpasteurized milk, pine apple ,aloe Vera,sesame seeds, litchi, smoked sea food , and sprouted potato in first trimester.  All the best.
