Answer: Hi dear, So you have a mismatch and delay of growth.donot worry it should be fine.when one conceives late in cycle women would have such delay initially.but it picks up the pace from second trimester.so donot worry.as your HCG levels rises, your baby growth would also grow.roght now gestational sac is there ,once the hormones rise, everything would grow.

Answer: hi dear! fetal pole is from where the baby will develop dear. so if its not seen at 7 weeks dear then it will not be seen as by now the heartbeat should be visualised. so dear its better if you take tablets and abort the baby dear i m so sorry telling you this but if you want you can wait for a week and see the scans again dear. but even at 7 weeks no fetal pole means that the pregnancy is a high risk that it wont continue dear. take care dear.

Question: in my usg show 5 week 3 days but according to my lmp its 7 week.. in usg gestation sac show but no yolk & fertal pole
Answer: No problem dear get ur scan done again.after days...A very early pregnancy in the uterus with a vaginal scan (4-5 weeks) will only show a small black circle. This is known as the gestational sac. At about 5-6 weeks, a tiny structure termed the fetal pole becomes visible, along with a ring-shaped structure called a yolk-sac. At 6 weeks there should be a visible fetus, yolk-sac and the visible flicker of a fetal heartbeat.
