Question
Answer: In order to help you in a better way What's the grade of anterior placenta? The placental grade determines your delivery type and also when can you expect a delivery. Also hv is hb? Check and confirm. What was efw at 21th week. Surely you need to take more fluids now as we will want to up your AFL to 13. Expect a reply soon.

Akshata you need to increase your AFL it should be 13 or more. Drink 11 glasses water/ half or 1/4 melon a day continue this one during breast feeds too/ coconut water twice a day/ juices such as oranges, lemon, (no pinapple). Eat jaggary(gur) one big chunk a day with handful of peanuts, eat spinach to naturally up your iron. Hb level of 9.6 is less aim atleast 12 efw has increased but it is less drink glucon-d or tang try more to drink juices that will up your AFL and straightly benefit your baby hence quick rise in efw keeping in check your Hb. Take your iron tabs dont miss any.
