Cardiac outflow tract seen ....Abdomen - Intact abdominal wall, umbilical cord insertion noted , stomach is visualized infra diaphragmatic in location, there are no intra abdominal solid or fluid filled lesions. Both kidneys and urinary bladder visualized. 3 vessel cord noted...Extremities - All four limbs present . No gross congenital anomalies seen in the visualised fetal parts. Cervix is normal . Question: I done my anomaly scan yesterday. (End of my 22nd week). The report describes"Single live intrauterine fetus is seen in BREECH LIE AT PRESENT with fetal SPINE IN POSTERIOR ASPECT of the maternal abdomen. Placenta is in right antero-lateral wall and shows grade 0 maturity. And report mentioned Internal OS is closed with the cervical length of 3.0 cms and shows dilation of cervical canal. All of these is normal plz anyone and to this query.
