Drink 2-3 litres of water a day Have a nutrious diet with lot of fruit and veggies Include coconut water, buttermilk Start doing kegal, pelvic exercise will be effective

It is best to avoid standing for long periods of time. Heat can be a source of pain relief. Use a warm rice sock or hot water bottle on the pelvic area. This is perfectly safe. Some exercise can help. ask your doctor and do some exercise.
