Answer: Hi dear,here is the suggested diet chart for your little one to stay healthy with a lot of options which you can keep on changing so that baby could have interest in eating.  Morning 1 cup milk give bournvita or pedia sure.. 2 almonds breakfast give veg daliya veg sevai suji ka halwa sujhi ki kheer sujika chilla about 12 o clock give friuts like apple,banana, grapes orange..or any fresh fruit juice... Afternoon dal rice arahar dal mong dal green dal whatever she likes palak with chana dal wit rice Rajma wit rice Veg kichri veg pulao Evening give 1cup milk with roohafja milk with bounvita whatever she like 7 o clock give some cookies ,potato finger 9 dinner give 1 chapati with sabji like turai lauki parval matar allo. palak panner..panner ki bujhi,LADY FINGER ki sabji... 11 oclock give milk 1 cup defiantly baby shall be good in health...best wishes!

Answer: Hi dear You can start solid foods once baby completes 6 months...foods like fruit puries apple boiled and remove skin and smash,smashed banana(remive black seeds and thin skin),boiled and smashed carrots,sweet potatoes can be given.. Please do not try more than one variety a day as babies digestve system is not matuared yet..feed a type of food and wait for a day and observe is there any abnormalities or allergies is there..some babies have allergies with some foods so that you can avoid next time

Answer: Hi! A 6 months old baby needs 1 meal a day and rest all Breast milk or formula. You can offer variety of food to the baby which is homemade like ang veggies steamed and mashed or any hard fruit steamed and mashed if pulpy can be offered as is apart from it overcooked Rice Daal, Oats porridge, Rawa halwa, Veggies khichdi etc. however only remember to not add salt or sugar to the food as they r not suggested babies below 1 yr.
