Answer: Dear ur bp s high so consult to ur dr nd take bp tablet as she suggest u exercises regularly, Control Sodium Intake,Bananas, tofu, avocados, bananas, almonds, and soy milk because magnesium not only helps maintain a healthy level of blood pressure.,Avoid Caffeine,Avoid Junk Food,sleep 8 to 10 hours daily.

    I have bp 136/88 But doctor not started any medicine. I'm doing yoga and breathing exercises avoiding packed food and high salt. You can have watermelon 🍉 it's very good source to control bp. Now my bp reduced to 130/80

Answer: Pelvic pain is normal as your ligaments enlarge as your baby grows. But you have to maintain blood glucose level. Avoid wheat flour and starchy food. Avoid sugar.
