30 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Totally my skin color changed. Y ,before pregnancy I'm in white color . Now im in completely black. What happened to me, and my baby also like dis color na. Give some advise to me.

Answer: hi dear don't worry your baby wont be dark colour actually due to the hormonal changes that pigmentation change for some ladies during pregnancy so dont worry usually elders say if the baby is girl baby then mum used to grow more dark. this is common in this will be changed after delivery so you don't need to worry on it dear. make sure that your body's temperature is at cool don't let your body to be hot always take more water and you can also take aloe vera juice with curd or buttermilk it helps to maintain your body temperature
