Question: Too much illness!!headache,tiredness !!
Answer: Hello dear. It's normal to get tension headaches when you're pregnant, especially in the first trimester. Migraine sufferers usually get some relief during pregnancy although some women get their first migraine headache whenthey're pregnant. This is due to the harmonal changes in the body.
Here are a few steps to help you get relief from headache:
Avoid headache triggers.
Include physical activity in your daily routine.
Practice relaxation techniques.
The hormonal changes are likely the cause of fatigue. Your body is producing more blood to carry nutrients to your growing baby. Your blood sugar levels and blood pressure are also lower and this is the reason you feel tiered during pregnancy.
