Answer: Hello, due to hormonal changes it's normal during pregnancy to get fatigue, it's better you start with some exercises have plenty of fluid and have lime juice, coconut water, get plenty of sleep have foods that are rich in protein and carbohydrates which will keep your energy high , have four to five small meals in a day , have banana which gives energy and good for health. Our prego bodies are working very hard to pump blood and sometimes the increased pressure in the veins leading to the extremities causes the hot hands and feet. Avoid deep fried, sour, spicy, salty foods such as pickles, chilies and citrus foods. Instead eat foods that are cool, sweet, bitter, calming and astringent. Cucumber, steamed green vegetables, rice, beans, coconut are good examples of such foods. Drink a lot of cool water as it is highly recommended for body heat treatment. Basil seeds are very good at reducing body heat. Soak some Basil seeds in water for some time and then have it with cold milk or any natural drink. Basil seeds mixed in rose water is one of the best drinks to have in summer as it cools down your system immediately.
