You seems to have normal report.cephalic presentation is when your baby is in head down position.this is the right position for your baby to be delivered through vagina.placental position is anterior ,which is not an issue as it is in upper segment and hence not blocking the cervix.its just that baby movements won't be felt effectively as it be ones like a cushion over the baby.
