Answer: hi there usually abdominal pain happens in the early pregnancy period due to uterus expansion or round ligament pain round ligament are those a band of tissues which supports the uterus and during the first few weeks of pregnancy it keeps growing and expanding which causes a little pain here and there in your abdominal area and please watch it is not going to be continue as it is on and off so for you if it is continuous and very uncomfortable please do not hesitate to call your doctor and report this..
