Answer: Hi.. Dear no one can assure you till the end whether you will have a normal or a cesarean delivery from before hand. However, you can climb stairs and do squats as well, approximately 20 reps in a day. But, I can give a general advice, which is common for all expecting mothers. However, you need to take approval from your gynaecologist, before doing these exercises, because she aware of your case..
Answer: For normal delivery please do some exercises like squatting, butterfly exercise and walking. I prefer Walking is better.

Answer: Hello dear. It is too early for you to get worried for normal delivery. Normal delivery depends on too many factor which cannot be predicted earlier. Like baby is engaged in time, cervix is dilated enough for the labor to start, amnuitic fluid level is apt as per the pregnancy. If all goes well you can have a normal delievry. Trust me it is based on my personal experience I ate healthy, was not overweight, no complications in pregnancy, absolutely healthy pregnancy I had and did all the exercises told by my gynae however my baby did mnot take the head down position and my cervix did not get dilated enough and my fluid level went extremely low. So just focus on your health and everything else leave it on god. Hope i helped.

Answer: Be active, don't sit ideally for a long time... regular walking is useful.. do simple exercises... drink lots of water... have proper food and dont over eat... keep your health fine and go for regular check ups...

It helps strengthen the pelvic region and make the thighs stronger. Walk , swimming , meditation , practice breathing patterns , exercise that help you calm down Prenatal yoga or pregnancy yoga is excellent it helps open up the pelvic cavity which I'd helful in Normal delivery and so does squats always have a certified yoga expert to teach you the same and have assistance while practice either Take good care of yourself and never push your self Do what is comfortable for you
