Answer: Dear I have heard it from my gynae that if you take fertility drugs the chances of conceiving twins increase and this happened with my sister she was having problems in conceiving doctor prescribed her fertility drug and she conceived twins. Answer: Congrats, you are pregnant. The first thing you have to do..... Always consult a good doctor and have your prenatal check-ups done routinely. If you find that your doctor is not responding properly to you, do not hesitate and seek out for another cooperative doctor to help you out during your pregnancy. During pregnancy, house work is a best exercise for normal delivery. You can do housework . When you do sweep, tie a cloth on your face to cover nose and mouth. Just don't lift heavy things. Try to move ur body slowly. Don't run to open if someone on the door. Don't sit down quickly. Take a little gap during ur work. Try to take liquid diet time to time. If you feel hot cause of weather, stop all work and do rest for sometime. Instead of just lying there getting yourself in a state, it is much more satisfying and relaxing to get up and do something.... Read a book, listen to music, knit, sew, surf the Internet, write letters, watch TV, have a bath, do some light housework or give yourself a manicure. After doing something pleasant, it is much easier to fall asleep. If you feel tired during the day, see if you can take a little nap..... Water exercise is great during pregnancy, if for no other reason than there's no danger of falling. The water is soothing, the motion is low impact, and you can build strength and aerobic capacity at the same time.  In spite of that Walking, yoga is also beneficial in this time. Drink a lot of water as this will keep you and your baby hydrated and include green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet as this will provide with the basic nutrients to the baby. Sleep for proper growth 8 to 10 hours.
