Question: Hi mam... It's my 12.week I get little spotting white discharge... N low back pain
Answer: Hello dear. White discharge during pregnancy is due to the harmonal changes in the body which is quiet common. Here are a few tips that might help you to reduce white discharge : Maintain Cleanliness. Avoid Fried & Spicy Foods. Eat fresh foods. Wear cotton underwear. Wear Loose & Comfortable Clothes. Drink Enough Water. Consume yogurt. During pregnancy, your body makes a hormone called relaxin that allows ligaments in the pelvic area to relax and the joints to become looser in preparation for the birth process. The same hormone can cause ligaments that support the spine to loosen, leading to instability and pain. Here are a few tips that might relieve you from back pain : Ice or heat packs. Sleep on your left side, and use a support pillow under your knees. If these dosent help, please consult your gynecologist for further treatment. Take care.

Question: I am hvng very lite n little brown discharge. Is it normal in 7th week
Answer: Hello dear. This means it has a lot of blood vessels, so it can bleed easily. If your cervix is irritated during pregnancy, it may cause some brownish-pink discharge. This can happen at any point during your pregnancy. It may be caused by intercourse a cervical check by your doctor, or an infection. It would settle down gradually. If not please contact your gynecologist. Take care.
