40 weeks pregnant mother

Question: There is placenta:-Anterior Upper Segment,away from os written on ultrasound report of 16th june..N expected date of delivery is 9th August wat it means...is everything ok

Answer: Everything is fine.. your expected delivery date is 9 August.. plecenta is an organ which feeds your baby.. it is on top most part of womb. It's away from cervix..( from where baby comes outside) so it's nice.. if your baby is in cephalic position.. you are going to have normal delivery..

Answer: Hie Yes all is well Anterior upper segment implies placenta is attached to the front wall or lining of uterus towards the top or upper part of uterus away from cervix Which is good So don't bother and take good care of yourself
