Answer: Hello.. As your baby is above 1year here are some of the suggestion with raagi preparation. 1. Raagi porridge. Mix a spoon of raagi powder in 1small glass of water to make a paste n then slowly add it to boiling water and cook fpr 5mins. If you feel its getting thick you can add milk as required. Sweeten it with jaggery, add dry fruits powder and ghee. 2. Raagi Dosa. if you have the idli/dosa batter, add raagi powder to it and make dosa. 3. Raagi pancakes 4. Raagi vermicelli Available in the market. 5. Raagi rotti. make a thick paste of raagi powder, rice flour and add to it onions, grated carrots, grated coconut, any greens little salt. Pat it on a tawa with hand (without turning the stove on) a cook both side with ghee.
