Answer: Typically, a six-month-old baby is still primarily breastfed or formula fed. Besides this, solid food can be introduced at one primary meal of the day, preferably breakfast or lunch. Introduce only one food and observe the baby by continuously feeding the same food for at least three days. If the baby responds well and does not show any signs of allergy, then you can try other food varieties.Fruits like banana,apple can be mashed veggie like potato,carrot,pumpkin ..but mash the food..soup of dal n broken rice with breast or formula milk is. Also good for baby.But avoid sugar to ur baby.
