You could start off with fruit mashes or purees of fruits like apple, pears etc. You can also boil dal rice with one vegetable like carrot, beans and then grind it to make a smooth paste. You can also give vegetable soups. Keep 2 feeds of solids and feeds of breastmilk, please do consult your Doctor too for advice.
