Have some curry ,made of vegetables of chicken fish or mutton, have salad , rice and chapati. U should include rasam in ur diet as it really help u in digestion . Have chaala in the evening which u can include with some piece of planner. In the evening u can have any seasonal vegetable with sambar idli dosa whatever u love in ur menu.
