Also now you can experiment with 2 3 ingredients in one dish. Breakfast - Ragi porridge/ Barley porridge /apple oats porridge /Banana rice porridge/ wheat daliya/Suji kheer Lunch- moong dal khichadi, tomato rice, vegetable khichadi, paneer rice, Carrot lentil soup. Answer: Hi.. You can give mashed vegetable porridge, vegetables or only tomato and carrot soup. Then gradually start with boiled mashed potatoes (with salt, pepper and ghee in it). Mashed bananas, you can even try making different fruits smoothie etc. While introducing different food sources, you need to keep in mind, that kid 's stomach at this tender age is very sensitive.
