3)yoga is the safest exercise,it helps to stay fit amd helps to beter your mood ...do only dimple excercises
4) swimming is also great option for pregnancy women it shulid be for 30 minutes recommend ed
Precautions while foing excercise
1)stop excercise when you experience abdominal.pain or vaginal discharge
2)do not excercise too much ,that is not at all recommended
3)women who having heart diseases,asthma,or diabetes should excercise only after consultation with the doctor
