Question
Answer: Ecogenic intra cardiac foci are mostly seen in LV only. But sometimes they dissolve by themselves somewhere in between your third trimester. The severity depends on the size and calcification. If there are no chromosomal anomalies detected in your USG then these foci will not affect your baby's health. Hope it helps! Take care.
