Answer: Even I am not feeling sleepy in my initial days. so, I tried this . this helped Me a lot.a mom suggested me here. Insomnia or lack of proper sleep is the most common symptoms in pregnancy and can happens in any trimester. Though it’s not harmful for you neither for the baby but good sleep is needed for healthy body. You can try for, 1. Have a habit of doing meditation and yoga. 2. Warm water bath before bed. 3. Drink Warm milk before bed . 4. Have some fenugreek seeds. 5. Chamomile tea once a day 6. Eat bananas regularly 7. Avoid caffeine 8. Reduce stress in life and stay happy

    Answer: Hello dear, , you can try this for good sleep. The main problem is don't full ur stomach before sleeping. Eat light and digestive food.here is some more cause for your discomfort night. The best sleep position during pregnancy is “SOS” (sleep on side). Even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. If you find that you are having problems with back pain, use the “SOS” position, and try placing a pillow under your abdomen as well. If you are experiencing heartburn during the night, you may want to try propping your upper body with pillows. In late pregnancy, you may experience shortness of breath.  Try lying on your side or propped up with pillows. These suggestions may not sound completely comfortable, especially if you are used to sleeping on your back or stomach, but try them out.  You may find that they work.
