Question: Scan report says that my baby is in Cephalic position. What does it mean?

Answer: Hi Cephalic presentation is a situation at childbirth where the fetus is in a longitudinal lie and the head enters the pelvis first; the most common form of cephalic presentation is the vertex presentation where the occiput is the leading part (the part that first enters the birth canal) All other presentations are abnormal which are either more difficult to deliver or not deliverable by natural means.
Answer: Hi It is baby position that is head is downwards and body is upside that is position getting ready for delivery..take care

Question: In my scanning report it says that baby is in anterior position . What does it mean
Answer: The best position for your baby is head down, facing your back so that their back is towards the front of your tummy. This is called the occipito-anterior position. The placenta is an organ that grows in the uterus during pregnancy to supply the fetus with oxygen and nutrients. An anterior placenta is one that attaches to the front of the uterus. An anterior placenta shouldn't cause you or your baby any problems.Having an anterior placenta may make it harder for a woman to feel baby heartbit and body movement.
