Abdominal discomfort is common in pregnancy.
Sit down, put your feet up and relax. Resting comfortably should reduce any belly aches. If sitting doesn't help things, try resting on your hands and knees, or leaning forward against the back of a sofa.
When you get up from bed, turn to your side and then get up slowly. Use your arms for support. This reduces the stress on your abdomen.
Moving slowly and smoothly from a sitting or lying position can also help.
Drink plenty of water and other fluids to avoid dehydration in the hot summer months. If you have a lot of gas, avoid oily, spicy foods and heavy pulses such as rajma or chana that produce gas.
A good home remedy for bloating and gas is to boil three or four teaspoons of fennel seeds (saunf) and cumin (jeera) in one litre of water. Cool it and take frequent sips through the day with a bit of sugar to make it tasty.
Question: Mai 9 weak pregnant hu aur mere pet ke right side me bahut pain hota h ultrasound kraye to doctor bole opendice ho gaya h operation karna ho ga aise me operation krarna thik hoga
Appendix is very painful but i would suggest you to consult few doctors and gynecologist also as you are pregnant if everyone suggest you for operation than go ahead. Appendix operation is not a big or time consuming case it will be done by laparoscopy. A button hole will be there after surgery. But again i repeat consult few doctors before taking final decision may be through medication you'll feel better.
