Question: Which antacids should be taken for heartburns during first trimesters..
Answer: Hi dear, As your body produces more progesterone to support your pregnancy, progesterone relaxes muscles in your body. This includes the muscles of your intestine. Slower moving intestine muscles mean that your digestion slows down. This allows gas to build up, which in turn leads to bloating, burping, and flatulence. Remedies: Hi dear, some tips if it not eased by them u can choose other options: 1 have smaller meals more frequently rather than three big meals in a day. 2 Waiting three hours after a meal before lying down.  3 Avoiding fatty and spicy foods, tea, coffee, chocolate and citrus juices. 4 Raising the head of the bed so that your shoulders are higher than your tummy. You can roll a towel and place it under your mattress or simply use several pillows to prop yourself up when you lie down.  5 You can also try the following foods or drinks to see if they help although there is not much scientific evidence of their effectiveness: Milk or curd (dahi). Skimmed or semi-skimmed milk is thought to work better than full-fat milk.  Bananas (kela).  Peppermint tea. One study showed that it helped pregnant women. However, peppermint tea, like other herbal teas, should be drunk in moderation during pregnancy. If none of the above measures help, then speak to your doctor about which antacid is safe for you to have.
