Answer: Try eating light food like khichdi, moong daal, rice, Dalia etc and taking some rest after vomit..
Answer: try half tbs ginger juice nd 1 spoon honey

There are also some natural remedies to calm and soothe yourself:- Try having a cup of ginger tea to soothe your stomach. This spicy herb is also used to ease motion sickness. Whenever you feel queasy, sip some hot ginger tea. Keep some fennel seeds near your bed side and chew on them whenever you feel queasy. Some ready-to-eat breakfast cereals are fortified with vitamin B6. Vitamin b6 also help to reduce sickness during pregnancy.Includes a variety of protein foods, including seafood, lean meats and poultry, eggs, legumes (beans and peas), nuts, seeds, and soy products. Fish, beef, and turkey contain high amounts of vitamin B6. Beans and nuts are also sources of vitamin B6. Simple solution is to drink a glass of water every hour. Even if you wake up during the night to visit the bathroom, have a glass of water. This will keep you hydrated. When your urine is clear, it means you are having enough water. Stack up fruit-bars in your freezer. They will help replace the sugars you have lost by throwing up. Sniff a slice of lemon. You could also drink water with a few drops of lemon.
