Question: Pupp rash after delivery...is there any measure to control it?...its really itching...is it make any harm to my baby?

Answer: hi dear! Applying cold compresses (and have your partner refresh them often). Using aloe vera gel after you shower. Wearing soft cotton clothes (and gloves if you’re a scratcher). If the itching becomes unbearable, consult your practitioner or dermatologist about medications or anti-itching creams. Some topical steroids are considered safe during pregnancy but must be used in small quantities under strict medical supervision. take care dear!

Question: After my delivery am passing too much gas is there any medicine or remedy to control it
Answer: New mothers face excess gas after giving birth, so you should be careful not to eat foods that cause gas and constipation. Avoid carbonated drinks and fried foods, which produce gas. Eat fiber rich foods to stay away from constipation. Warm soups can be easily digested, and are nutritious as well. Cottage cheese, broth, and yogurt are also good. 1. Drink plenty of fluids  2. Stay active and do walk and yoga. 3. Cut down gassy foods like potatoes, wheat,  broccoli, egg plant etc.  4. Rich fibre food intake, figs, and bananas, and vegetables, as well as whole grains like oats and flax meal are all good fiber boosters to consider. 5. Light meal often and moderate amount.  6. Fennel seeds and buttermilk for easy digestion..
