Answer: Hi! Sharing a couple recipes of Ragi; Ragi suji idli : Half cup : ragi flour Half cup : suji flour Pinch of baking soda Half cup : curd Half cup: water. Preparation : dry roast suji in a pan for 2 mins. Make it cool completely Then in a bowl: mix ragi, suji, curd and water. Keep it covered for rest for 30 mins. Then add baking soda and steam it for 15 mins. Serve with any side dish of ur choice.. Ragi-Sabzi chapati: Ragi flour 3/4 cup Wheat flour 1/4 cup Two tbsp besan Two tbsp sooji One tbsp curd or you can substitute with a fist full of cooked rice Grated carrot Grated lauki Grated cabbage Little oil Salt Chilli ginger paste Turmeric powder Chilli powder little bit just for color Corriander powder again small spoon Lemon juice Few sesame seeds Mix all and make a semi soft dough cos the veges will make the dough loose.. Keep it for fifteen mins. If required add more wheat flour if dough is loose. If dough is too tight then sprinkle bit of water. Pinch out small portions from dough and make into balls. Roll as you roll a chapati. Place it on Tawa apply little oil and cook on both sides.. Hope this helps!
