Answer: Boil fistful of makhana in milk add little sugar and drink this milk daily. Soon you ll notice difference in your bp.

Answer: hi dear! so is this first time you noticed or its happens to your everyday . also low and high bp means how much high and how much low does it get dear. if you have not measured the bp so try measuring the bp in the mornings and in the evenings . if there is very small different then it can be neglected dear but the difference is more than 10-20 mm of hg then you will have to visit your doctor dear. take care.
