Your baby at this month has grown and so your tummy will look larger You will need more if iron and calcium supplements at this time ,so you should eat eat lean, red meats, leafy green vegetables, whole grain breads, dried fruits and beans. You should have more if fibrous food Increase milk and milk products to meet with the needs of growing baby. In this month the you should avoid Sift cheese as it is made from unpasteurised milk Maida as it is difficult to digest and may cause constipation Avoid fried fruits as they very rich and warm in essence, and for some women, can cause untimely contractions
