Answer: Hello dear. Eat a healthy diet when planning a pregnancy. You should eat a healthy diet with a wide variety of foods. Reduce the amount of fat, salt and sugar in your foods (fewer take-aways, biscuits and fried foods). Eat more plant foods such as breads, cereals, fruit, vegetables, beans, rice and pasta. Fuel up on: leafy greens, whole grains, eggs, legumes, meat, fish (or fish oil supplements) and water—lots and lots of water. Steer clear of: Acidic foods like coffee, alcohol, meat and processed foods, which may make your cervical mucus hostile to sperm.  Pay attention to your diet. For both men and women, food and fertility are linked. Stick to a balanced diet to boost your chances of a healthy baby. Eat several servings of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, and milk every day. Hope this helps.

Question: When we are planning for pregnancy what precautions should take
Answer: Take healthy/good diet. It's good to visit a good gynecologist before conceiving so you can be treated if there is any issue or Vitamin deficiency. Usually Gynecologist suggest to take Folic acid tablets for 90 days before trying to get pregnant, it prevents neural tube defects in baby. Both partners should be in the best health condition. Keep track of ovulation. Stay active, if possible do some light excercises like running, walking. These will help during pregnancy also.

Question: What are the precautions that we take when we go for anomaly 4D scan in 5th month.plz reply
Answer: Hi dear I don't think there is any precaution that you need to take because the idea or the suggestion of the anomaly scan with a 4D is to make sure that the visibility of the baby and the organs are prominent and clear and it is like any other ultrasound scan that you go through during pregnancy so please don't worry if your doctor has suggested for a 4D scan the heat which is generated while the ultrasound is performed is very minimal and gets absorbed by your skin so it won't harm your baby in any way . Hope this helps!
