Answer: Dear my cousin baby also 8 months old she ask to her pediatrian abht babies food her pediatrian advised 2 give 3 times bf or fm nd 3 times solids and advised 2 add Banana,Apple, Chickoo Pear,Papaya nd avocado puree, rice cereal , apple rice  or rice cereal with boiled carrot ,ragi porridge Or apple ragi or oats porridge Or apple oats wit milk ,moong dal soup,diluted kichri , mashed curd rice ,diluted daliya sweet with milk  ,apple suji kheer,sooji wit milk makhana kheer rice kheer nd al vegerables purees .she try it u can try it also .take care 🤗

Few of the foods to eat when you are pregnant are : Dairy products, Sweet potatoes Eggs, Broccoli and dark, leafy greens, Berries, Dried fruits and Whole grains. Consume whole grains like whole wheat chapatti, brown rice, oats, whole meal bread etc. Include at least 2 to 3 servings of protein rich foods like milk and milk products, egg, pulses, dal, chicken, fish etc. Take care.
