Answer: Hello dear. Congratulations on your pregnancy.. Hope you are doing well. Few of the foods to eat when you are pregnant are : Dairy products, Sweet potatoes Eggs, Broccoli and dark, leafy greens, Berries, Dried fruits and Whole grains. Consume whole grains like whole wheat chapatti, brown rice, oats, whole meal bread etc. Include at least 2 to 3 servings of protein rich foods like milk and milk products, egg, pulses, dal, chicken, fish etc. Take care.

Answer: I would suggest you to give home cooked food in semi solid version..like vegetable khichdi in watery form..you may also give idly with curd,upma,poha .. I used to give roti dipped in daal.by now I started little ghee in food too..also give fruits now...hope baby gains weight ...
