Morning 1 cup milk give bournvita or pedia sure.. 2 almonds breakfast give veg daliya veg sevai suji ka halwa sujhi ki kheer sujika chilla about 12 o clock give friuts like apple,banana, grapes orange..or any fresh fruit juice... Afternoon dal rice arahar dal mong dal green dal whatever she likes palak with chana dal wit rice Rajma wit rice Veg kichri veg pulao Evening give 1cup milk with roohafja milk with bounvita whatever she like 7 o clock give some cookies ,potato finger 9 dinner give 1 chapati with sabji like turai lauki parval matar allo. palak panner..panner ki bujhi,LADY FINGER ki sabji... 11 oclock give milk 1 cup defiantly baby shall be good in health...best wishes!
