Answer: Hi! Oats r very healthy for babies and for adults too . if you want to offer the baby oats porridge it is very easy to make you just have to buy a packet of Quaker oats (please go for plain oats and not rolled oats at all for babies) you can dry roast and add water once simmers can add milk and powdered almond or pistachio increase the nutritional back and your oatmeal is ready .. you can cook the oats in same way with fruits like Apple or banana as well but please remember to not use any sugar or any salt till the time your baby turns one year old..
