Answer: Dring lots of water always stay hydrate start ur day with coconut water after completion of ur meal drink a glass of butter milk...eat melon fruits which r having more water content...also eat water content veggies bottle guard n their family....dont wry stay strong maintain gud diet very imp avoid masala n spocy foods n outside foods n pickles too...all the best Hope this info helps
