Question: My baby is nine months old. Please suggest me proper diet and recipes for him
Answer: hi , by 9 months you should be able to give solid foods three times a day for the baby and over and above that 24 to 32 ounces of breast milk or formula in a 24-hour period. Normally they like to have milk as a morning and night schedule. So you can give them soft foods as a part of 3 meals a day and also include solids now. Some options could be Oats , daliya eggs as morning food. For afternoon and dinner it could be dal , introduce chaval and vegetables as per taste and normal food that you may make , avoid spices or over spices etc but give pulses which are properly cooked. Can include roti sabji . Remember to introduce one item at a time so that you know what suits the child or not.
