Answer: Hllo dear ur baby s 9 months old dear now s he should takes solids properly .dear foods very nessasary for babies .dear give bf Or fm 3 times in a day .dear milk s very nessasary for babies .as specially babies as it s a source of calcium, potassium, phosphorus, protein,vitamins A, D and B12, riboflavin and niacin– found in white milk. Dear when ur baby gets up in morning give breast feed or formula milk after that 10 am gives gives breakfast as steam idli , mashed vegetable upma ,daliya wit milk ,egg yolk wit bread ,bread nd butter ,sevai ,poha .after 2 hours at 12 pm give mashed fruits as mashed apple ,mashed papaya ,mashed mango ,mashed banana ,mashed chikoo .tryit dear fruits r very healthy for baby as fruits r rich in natural vitamin nd minerals .in lunch u can give mashed dal rice , mashed rice wit sabji ,mashed rice wit palak sabji ,mashed tomato allo sabji wit rice ,khichdi with vegetables,Vegetable pulao ,chapati with peas and potato curry.
