Question: Now I am 34 weeks in pregnancy. And my BP increases to 190.how to control this. Plz tell me any risks to my baby

As well as almonds, foods rich in potassiuminclude bananas, potatoes and green leafy vegetables. Almonds are great for heart health in other ways too.... Daily exercise gives you a rejuvenating burst of energy — even when you feel tired. Eat energy foods and make aure you Eat often.
