Question: still baby head not come down what should i do??
Answer: The aim is to tip your baby back up and out of your pelvis, to give him more room to turn around. Don't let your thighs press against your bump and keep your knees hip-distance apart. Maintain this position for 15 minutes, several times a day. Lie on your back with your hips slightly elevated (breech tilt). Hope that helps.

Answer: Every labour is different, and no one can say for sure exactly when your baby will start to move into the position for birth.
Generally speaking, first babies tend to engage from about 34 to 36 weeks. However, some babies only engage once labour starts. If your baby hasn't engaged by the time you go into labour, it's likely that the power of your contractions will soon push him down.
