Hi! Try to follow healthy diet coz weight gain is very important in pregnancy. Eat at least 5-6 small and healthy meals in a day, keep quick and easy snacks on hand like nuts, raisins, cheese and crackers, dried fruits, yogurts, fruits like apple banana, egg whites minimum 2egg whites in a day. Avoid junk food as much as u can just eat healthy and fresh.

She should have small frequent meals, try toast, dry cake and a portion of fruit just after waking up. Throughout the day she should have food in small quantities at regular intervals. Include lot of fruits veggies fresh fruit juice lemonade yoghurt and egg in her diet. avoid oily spicy outside food and have easily digestible preparations.
There are medications available for control of vomiting and they are completely safe in pregnancy. Ask your doctor about doxinate tablets.
Hope you have done your hemoglobin and thyroid profile tests as anemia and decreased thyroid hormone levels can cause increase in the tiredness. If not done already, these tests should be done at the earliest.
