It shouod be under 59 .so dear go 4 walk daily ,taje plenty of liquids, 1 apple per day ,bottle guard juice daily nd to avoid oily spicy nd junk food .I try it regularly nd weight started loosing. Nd do yoga nd exercises too U can try it also its works yaar .🙂.
