Question: my 39 weeks is running but still no pain what should I do ????

Answer: Hii do wsit for thr time to come. U can do some home inducing methods for inducting normal pain. Firstly if u r stressed then it will make the situation worst so don't stress up.u can have warm bath,u can opt for some good massage technique by some mid wifes or experts. It also been said that eatung spicy food induce labour.keep ur body active.
Answer: I really recommend doing nothing at all and just being patient.  Your doctor will know when it is time to take further action, and maybe it means your baby just isn't ready yet!
